With no time left to ourselves... However, stress and anxiety can be alleviated by a brisk walk or simple activity!
A 10 minute walk may be just as good as a 45 minute workout when is comes to relieving anxiety and depression. Although effects may be temporary, it is similar to taking an Aspirin for a headache. Staying physically active improves mental health and decreases anxiety and depression longterm. Some may say, exercising is a form of therapy... well, it IS!
There are MANY types of exercises. The first type/style of exercise you try, may not be for you. But hang in there!! WE will find one that suits you and your goals the best!
